  Charles did a great job coaching me through the steps with the medical professionals. Anytime I had questions or concerns regarding my case he was available and willing to address them, this means a lot to me. He was very thorough explaining the benefits, negatives, or compromises of the many directions the case could go or how our decisions might influence the direction or outcome.
